A Different Way of looking at Hair
For over 20 years, I've worked as a hairdresser, educator and salon owner.
I've taught, travelled, worked backstage and on shoots, styled weddings and spent the last 14 years building Brandon May Hair in Didsbury.
What still excites me today is exactly what excited me at the beginning.
Understanding.
Understanding why something works.
Understanding why one result feels effortless.
Understanding why small changes can completely transform an outcome.
Understanding how the consultation influences the result before a tint brush has even touched the hair.
That curiosity has shaped every part of my career.

Also how important consultation, placement, and protecting the health of the hair are. This has helped me become much more confident in creating beautiful blondes.

Sonya spent so much time carefully going through each strand to help me achieve the most beautiful sun kissed look. The highlights are so soft and natural that it genuinely doesn’t even look like I’ve had bleach, it just looks like my hair has been lightened naturally by the sun which is exactly what I wanted!!
