Sonya has thing taught me how different blonding techniques can be adapted to suit each client. From highlights and scalp bleaches to balayage. Also how important consultation, placement, and protecting the health of the hair are. This has helped me become much more confident in creating beautiful blondes.

What time does the course start & finish?
Please arrive from 8:45am.
Training begins promptly at 9:00am.
Look & Learn finishes at approximately 12:30pm.
Look & Do finishes at approximately 5:30pm.
What level of experience do I need?
Blonde. The Wright Way. is designed for hairdressers with a basic understanding of colour who want to improve their blonding skills.
This includes newly qualified hairdressers, Level 3 learners, self-employed hairdressers, salon team members and experienced hairdressers looking to refine their approach.
The course is not suitable for complete beginners or early-stage apprentices.
I've been hairdressing for years, will I still benefit?
Absolutely.
Many experienced hairdressers attend education to refine their approach, update their knowledge and gain fresh perspective on consultation, placement and blonding.
The course focuses on decision-making, understanding and application rather than trends, making it relevant regardless of how long you've been qualified.
Do I need to bring a model?
No.
All demonstrations, practical work and learning materials are provided.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
Look & Learn attendees only need to bring a notebook and pen.
Look & Do attendees should bring their everyday working kit, including combs, clips, brushes, sectioning clips and a hairdryer.
Full joining instructions will be sent after booking.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is included for Look & Do attendees.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes.
All attendees receive a Blonde. The Wright Way certificate following completion of their training.
What if I don't specialise in blondes?
You don't need to specialise in blondes to benefit from the training.
The course focuses on consultation, placement, control, decision-making and refinement; skills that influence all colour work.
Can I take photos and videos during the course?
Yes.
You're welcome to take photos and videos throughout the day for your own learning and future reference.
We simply ask that you are respectful of other attendees and models.
Can I ask questions throughout the day?
Absolutely.
Questions, discussion and problem-solving are encouraged throughout the training.
The aim is for you to leave with practical understanding and knowledge you can apply immediately behind the chair.

Look & Do includes the full Look & Learn experience in the morning, followed by practical implementation and direct feedback in the afternoon.
